edna
Background
edna is a service that aims to support and promote the benefits of the Internet for learning, education and training
in Australia. It is organised around Australian curriculum, providing its tools are free to Australian educators.
The ICT in Schools Task Force works with education.au to provide strategic advice and to promote collaborative online projects and the effective development of the edna service which uses sophisticated search and harvesting tools to enable teachers across all education sectors to find the best available materials.
Commonwealth, State and Territory governments provide the funding for edna services.
